Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The LCAP Federal Addendum is a companion document to the District’s Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). Required under the federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA), the Addendum describes how federal categorical funds—including Title I, Title II, Title III, and Title IV programs—are used to support the District’s LCAP goals and improve outcomes for students.

While the LCAP outlines the District’s overall goals, actions, and services, the Federal Addendum provides additional information about federally funded programs and demonstrates compliance with federal planning requirements. Together, the LCAP, Federal Addendum, and Consolidated Application (ConApp) ensure alignment between state and federal resources to support student achievement, educational equity, effective instruction, and services for English learners and other student groups.
