Board Meetings
All requests to address the Board of Education on agenda and non-agenda items must be submitted prior to the beginning of the meeting.
Regular meetings are held in person, in the Board Room, at 25634 Alessandro Blvd., Moreno Valley, CA 92553, and is open to the public. We will be following the current state and county health and safety guidelines during the meeting.

In compliance with California law and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and in accordance with MVUSD Board Bylaw 9320, if you need special disability-related modifications or accommodations, including auxiliary aids or services in order to participate in the meeting, or if you need the agenda provided in an alternative format, please contact the Moreno Valley Unified School District Administrative offices in writing or by phone at (951) 571-7571, at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled Board Meeting.
Notification 24 hours prior to the meeting will assist the District in making reasonable arrangements to accommodate your request.

Notice of Public Hearing-2026/2027 Proposed Budget and Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
The District's Governing Board invites the public to a hearing on the proposed budget and Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the 2026-2027 fiscal year. This hearing will take place on June 16, 2026, at 5:00 PM. It provides an opportunity for community members to share their comments on the proposed budget before the Governing Board considers its adoption on June 23, 2026. The public hearing will be held at the Moreno Valley Unified School District Community Education Center, in the Board Room.
This Public Hearing is conducted in accordance with California Education Code Sections 42126 and 42127. According to California Education Code Sections 42103 and 42127, the governing board of each school district is required to 1) hold a Public Hearing on the budget for the upcoming fiscal year by July 1st each year, and 2) adopt the budget after the Public Hearing at a subsequent regular board meeting. Additionally, the budget and supporting documentation must be available for public inspection at least three working days prior to the Public Hearing.
A hard copy of the proposed budget and LCAP, prepared in the state-required format, will be available for public review at the Moreno Valley Unified School District, Community Education Center, 25634 Alessandro Boulevard, Moreno Valley, CA 92553, from June 9, 2026, through June 12, 2026.
