Hours of Operation:  Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The department's primary responsibilities include:
 
  • Development and updating of the facilities master plan
  • Design and planning for construction and modernization of schools
  • Acquisition of sites for new schools
  • Collection of developer fees and monitoring of residential projects 
  • Review and evaluation of attendance boundaries and site utilization
  • Weekly enrollment counts and monitoring 
  • Processing and scheduling Use of School Facilities
