Moreno Valley High School kicked off their night with welcomes from school administrators, music and food. Parents and students then followed an abbreviated daily schedule to ensure each class on their child's schedule got a visit.
At Landmark Middle School, the school's band and dance team gave lively performances to start the night. Parents and students were then able to visit with teachers and learn about the resources the school offers.
"It is really important to have Back-to-School nights in all of our schools because it gives us an opportunity to meet our families. The nights help us connect, help us build relationships and help us become better community members to support each other," said Superintendent Dr. Martinrex Kedziora.
