Measure X: Moving Students Forward

To provide safe, modern schools and prepare students for the future workforce, the MVUSD Board of Education voted unanimously to place Measure X, a $240 million school improvement bond, on the November 5, 2024 ballot.

MVUSD National History Day Winneres posing for camera

 

In Moreno Valley, Calif., 34 students from the Moreno Valley Unified School District have demonstrated excellence at the RCOE National History competition, advancing with 16 projects to the state level. With 46 schools, including 13 from Moreno Valley, participating in the competition, a diverse range of institutions showcased their talent. Among 386 student entries, Moreno Valley participants secured 34 wins, highlighting their dedication to academic excellence. These winning students will progress to the California State Competition at CSU Sacramento on April 19-24, 2024.
