The California Department of Education has announced Palm Middle School California as one of 19 schools to be recognized with an Exemplary Arts Education (EAE) Award.

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Thurmond announced on March 10, 2026, that Valley View High School is a 2026 California Distinguished School.
