Homicide Investigation Continues for Valley View Student
A press conference was held at Moreno Valley City Hall on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, where it was confirmed that a body found in a field near Theodore and Dracaea was that of Valley View student Norma Lopez.

MVUSD Search for Superintendent - Survey and Community Meetings
At the request of Moreno Valley School District’s Board of Education, the Riverside County Office of Education is conducting a search to identify a replacement for Superintendent Rowena Lagrosa.
You may offer input by opening this item (click on the title) and using the attached link to complete the Superintendent Search Community Survey. The survey will be available online until July 31, 2010.
In addition, the RCOE team will host two community meetings to solicit input on identifying the essential qualifications to select the new superintendent. The meetings will be held:

Valley View High School (Theater)
Computers will be available at the community meetings and at the District Office (reception area) for public use to complete the Superintendent Search Community Survey. The deadline to complete the survey is July 31, 2010.
